&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;Join the Washington County Chamber&amp;rsquo;s &lt;a href="https://www.washingtoncountychamberor.com/membership/councilsandcommittees/blackadvisorybusinesscouncil/"&gt;Black Advisory Business Council&lt;/a&gt; for an engaging and meaningful conversation celebrating Black excellence and leadership in our community. This event brings together voices from sports, youth development, and civic leadership to explore how influence extends far beyond the field or facility and into culture, business, and social change.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;Through an interactive panel discussion, local leaders will share personal journeys, lived experiences, and lessons learned at the intersection of sports, leadership, and community impact. From mentorship and youth empowerment to equity-focused programming and civic responsibility, the conversation will highlight how leadership rooted in purpose can inspire progress and create lasting change.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Panelists include:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	Christopher works directly with youth in schools, OYA facilities, and community spaces where guidance and hope are most needed. His message is grounded in lived experience, resilience, and accountability, reminding young people that their future is shaped not by past mistakes, but by the choices they make next. His leadership demonstrates how transformation, when paired with purpose, can spark change across an entire community.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	With more than 20 years of experience across the Portland metro region, Durelle has led high-impact recreation, youth development, and facility programs with a strong focus on equity, governance, and community access. His work reflects the powerful role sports and public spaces play in shaping opportunity, connection, and leadership at the local level.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	A Portland music icon and community advocate, Norman Sylvester has spent more than four decades using blues, gospel, and soul to inspire connection and social change. Known as the &amp;ldquo;Boogie Cat,&amp;rdquo; he is deeply rooted in Portland&amp;rsquo;s Black history and remains committed to mentoring young artists, preserving cultural legacy, and showing how music can uplift and strengthen communities.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
