Congratulations to Brianna Anderson, Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for May 2024! Brianna, her friends call her Bree, has been trained as a server, bartender, support and trainer for Hops n Drops! She grew up on Whidbey Island, was initially a team member in Silverdale then recently transferred to the Smokey Point location in March. Bree is a people person and enjoys making connections with her guests and fellow team members. She loves to be a trainer and enjoys nothing more than reading guest reviews written about their Hops n Drops experience and the service she provided them! On her time "off the clock" she enjoys an ice cold Hops n Drops Amber beer or a Huckleberry Icy Drop. Her favorite meal is the Chicken Club Wrap with blue cheese crumbles. Most people pick up souvenirs through life, Bree picks up lifelong friendships. Her fellow team members are like family and she enjoys spending time with them while at work and outside of the restaurant. She loves going to the gym, being on the water during summer, and sharing her experiences with others.  Thank you, Bree for all you do for our Hops n Drops guests, team members and the brand. Congratulations to Jake Scacco Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for April 2024! Jake has been a world class member of the Happy Valley, Oregon team since April of 2022. Throughout his tenure, Jake has shown what an amazing team player he is. He is trained as a server, line cook and support. He is always willing and available to help his team in any way he can.  When the kitchen was in need, without hesitation, Jake offered support and completed training. He is now a key component to the kitchen team, even if only for a few hours per week. His willingness to assist the company expands beyond Happy Valley. He offered to travel north to Hops n Drops in Lynnwood, Washington, when he heard they were looking for support. His versatility and expertise in multiple areas of the restaurant allowed him to contribute to both the front of the house and heart of the house (kitchen) while there.  Jake is present and in the moment every shift he works. He brings a calm and cool demeanor no matter how busy the restaurant is.  Thank you, Jake! We are excited to celebrate YOU and appreciate the world class person you are!  

Congratulations to Demeree McLean, Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for March 2024! Since June of 2021 Demeree has been a valued team member at Hops n Drops in Keizer, Oregon. Demeree is a certified server and is trained as a bartender and Heart of the House team member. Her versatility and commitment to excellence is invaluable to the company. She always goes above and beyond to support her teammates and provide a great experience for every guest she comes in contact with.  At times you'll see her in the Heart of the House (our kitchen), to help out when things get busy.  She always does the right thing even when no one is looking. She has many close friendships with her fellow team members and enjoys spending time with them in and outside of the restaurant. Demeree grew up in Idaho, with 8 siblings, where she learned the importance of teamwork. On her days off she enjoys spending time with her two dogs and one cat. Her favorite menu item is the Hops n Drops Jalapeno Burger with pineapple. Demeree is the epitome of "total team" and we are so thankful to have her in the Hops n Drops family.   Congratulations Demeree and thank you for being a WORLD CLASS team member!

Congratulations to Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for February 2024, Taylor Rutledge! The Kennewick, Washington Leadership team has chosen Taylor Rutledge as Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for February 2024! Taylor is a bartender, server, trainer and has written schedules for Leaders in Training and the Hops n Drop front of the house. She is also an integral part of the Kennewick Wellness Team for training, schedule writing, and hiring liaisons.  Taylor is dependable, cares about her Hops n Drops family, guests, and company.  She always puts others above her own needs and is an excellent communicator. Taylor was born and raised in Kennewick. Since October of 2020, she has built a loyal following of regular guests and has created close relationships with her fellow Hops n Drops team members. On her days off, Taylor enjoys playing, spending time at the park and throwing dance parties with her 3 year old son, Zayd. Congratulations Taylor, we appreciate your hard work ethic, dedication and years of support to Hops n Drops!

Hops n Drops first Featured Team Member of 2024 is Danny Kurtz! Danny has been selected Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for January 2024! Danny, a host and busser, started as a team member in July of 2023 at the Tanasbourne Hops n Drops located in Hillsboro, Oregon.  His hard work ethic, dedication and commitment to the Hops n Drops culture are just several of the reasons Danny was selected for this recognition! Danny enjoys meeting new people, assisting his fellow team members and serving guests! He especially loves it when Hops n Drops regulars become his friends. Danny’s favorite Hops n Drops meal is the Tomato Basil Grilled Cheese Sandwich and his favorite drink is the Raspberry Lemonade! On his days off, Danny enjoys spending time with his friend Jamie who he met at the Special Olympics.  He also spends his time watching movies, playing basketball, solving crossword puzzles and singing karaoke!  A huge Hops n Drops THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS to Danny on this well-deserved acknowledgement! You’re the best, Danny, and we appreciate you!

Congratulations to Kiyleana Hill, Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for December 2023!   Kiyleana (or Kiki) has been an integral part of the Maple Valley Hops n Drops team since December of 2022, where she holds various positions including expo and host. Hops n Drops is grateful to have such a supportive team member who helps make everyone look good through her dedication to the restaurant and her connections with the Maple Valley regular guests. Her favorite part of coming into work is being able to make sure every menu item looks 100% correct before it is served. She also enjoys some good laughs with coworkers!  Her favorite drink is the blueberry/peach limeade and her go to menu item is the Cajun shrimp tacos. In her spare time, this Northwest girl spends time with family and friends and likes to work out, travel, and spend time with her boyfriend, Uly. Congratulations Kiyleana! We are so grateful for you and your commitment to Hops n Drops guests, team and brand!

Congratulations to Robin Deleon, Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for November 2023! Robin has been an admired and loved team member at the Richland Hops n Drops since opening day in 2014.   She has always been a standout since the first time she put on a Hop Jack’s uniform.   For over four years Robin’s great service and friendly nature were a large contributor in building a solid breakfast clientele for the Richland, Washington restaurant. As opportunities approached, Robin chose to develop herself in all positions within the four walls. She is certified in every aspect of the Hops n Drops house and has proven to provide great leadership in each area.   She was celebrated as Hops n Drops fastest bartender in 2023! Robins’ favorite beverage at Hops n Drops is the Raspberries & Cream Icy Drop and her favorite burgers are the Black & Bleu burger and the Jalapeño Cream Cheese burger.  Robin has surely provided a home away from home feel for our guests and team. She provides the same love and care for her husband, Angel and son, Cain.  Robin is very much about her family.  As a family they love to travel to the coast, hike in the mountains, fish and spend time together. Her GM, Jackson, has worked with Robin since opening day and says she is as important to Hops n Drops as anyone can be.  Her growth and self-development make Jackson proud to be her mentor and friend. Congratulations to Chase Filson, Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for October 2023!   Highlands Ranch, Colorado’s newest holistic leader, Chase Filson, has been selected as the company’s Featured Team Member for October 2023! Chase has been a dedicated, hard-working, team member at Hops n Drops in Highlands Ranch since the restaurant opened in October 2022.  Chase enjoyed being on the opening team for Highlands Ranch and getting to know the support team during that time.  He immediately felt the sense of family within the culture of Hops n Drops. Chase is a valued leader for several reasons, not only is he an amazing person but he is also trained in various positions including support, server, bartender, mid-manager and now bar leader! Everyone loves working with Chase, his positive attitude and outgoing personality are infectious. Chase looks at his Hops n Drops team members as “family.” Hops n Drops is his home away from home and he enjoys everything about his position including his favorite menu items, a Monster French Dip and on his days off, a cool Manhattan. Chase’s priorities include creating a safe harbor for each and every team member.  “They all know I’ve been in their position before.”  Chase enjoys getting to know his guests and his team on a personal level. This, he feels, drives better results and personal connections. His excellent customer service from day one created regular guests who have returned weekly to see Chase. Congratulations to Leila Benzinger, Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for September 2023!   Since November of 2021 Leila has been a wonderful, reliable and dedicated team member at the Hops n Drops at Spokane Northpointe and Spokane Valley Mall locations. She has held various positions including, bartender, support, server and trainer.  Leila is always flexible and doing what is best for all.  She recently stepped up to the bartender position when a team member started maternity leave.  Leila is always doing the right thing at the right time for the right reason. She is guest focused and lives within the Hops n Drops house every day.  She enjoys meeting new people and creating a bond with the community. Her favorite Hops n Drops menu items include the strawberry melon icy drop and the California turkey sandwich. Leila grew up in Bellevue and enjoys the outdoors, especially taking her younger siblings fishing and to the skatepark. Thank you, Leila, for your support of our Hops n Drops guests, team members and brand. You are a world class person and we are grateful you’re on our team!
