Their name badges and window decals are great! Went with my man when he got his rear window decal installed and was impressed with how sharp it looked! The ladies who helped us were friendly enough. We unfortunately had to wait about 15 mins for the installer to get back from a lunch break otherwise we would have only been there 10mins total! Lickety split!
...so maybe call ahead if you're planning to pick up your products around lunch time?

Michael and his team always do an excellent job! They get our requests done quickly and create durable signs/ decals that are very reasonably priced compared to some other vendors.
One of our jobs was to have a sign replaced because the gate it was on was rubbing it off so the current sign was nearly illegible. Michael visited the location and helped us determine why the sign was rubbing when the gate opened for customers and helped us reinstall it in a better position so it stopped rubbing. That kind of care and service is above and beyond!

I just ordered 3 badges through them. I was having some issues with loading my files, I emailed them, they followed up right away had me email them the files and took care of it and I received my badges just days later. Very happy with my experience.

Outstanding service!

I gave Portland Badge a call because I was in a bit of a pinch last Friday. I needed a small name badge to replace one I had lost. It was latter in the afternoon and I was worried I might need to wait until the following Monday!

A charming voice appeared on the other end and was more then helpful. Within minutes she had gotten all the info she needed and told me it would be done within an hour and a half. Wonderful.

I had several other things going however and didn't exactly think I would get there in 90 minutes. I received a call telling me that they were closing for the day but my badge would be left on their front door. I had not paid, I had not even met them face to face, but in my opinion they went above and beyond to help me out in a tight situation.

I would be proud to give them my business anytime!
