Blue Ox Axe Throwing - Hillsboro

The company had a little team building get together at the Blue Ox this afternoon, doing some axe throwing. Honestly I wasn't expecting much. But I had a great time. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The facility was very clean and comfortable.

We ordered the All In Platter - everything on it was very tasty. One of the guys ordered one of the flatbread pizzas and continued to rave about how good it was the rest of the evening.

Being generous, I found out that I'm a mediocre axe thrower, but that was ok because it was a lot of fun.

We visited here for the first time a few weeks ago and had such a great time! They had board games, a giant connect four, giant Jenga game and foam axe set for the kiddos. There were plenty of tables to sit/eat. The cocktails were delicious and the food was great. We werent sure about ordering food and drinks and so I had gone to the bar to do that and that cut into our axe throwing time and the food was left at the counter and not brought to us (so there might have been some miscommunication).
We'll definitely be coming back!

Food was awesome , place was clean good customer service! They were kind enough to let us move the kids axe throwing station closer to our axe throwing station !

Threw some axes as part of a girls' night, and it was so fun. Way more exciting than just going out for drinks. Hadn't done it before but they showed us how, and we were better than I expected!!! They also brought us over some other stuff to throw once we got comfortable - throwing stars and knives. We didn't order food bc we came straight from dinner, but the drinks were good and the t-shirts were so cute I bought one.

This place is awesome, we met the owner and the management team. I highly recommend this place!!! Great vibes and awesome drinks

Had a birthday party with 20 people of all ages. Everyone had a blast. We ordered the pizzas, tots, cauliflower bites, brussel sprouts, and most of the cocktails. Deelish! Staff were 5 star service especially Dan and Kate. They checked in often with us despite being full with other customers. Highly recommend this place whether you go solo or with a big group. Something there for everyone.

My first time ax throwing and it was amazingly fun!
The staff were all so friendly. The food was more upscale bar food. Very tasty. I cannot wait to go back!
